The bed was comfortable and the cleaning service was good. the hotel's location was convenient and close to many attractions, including cafes and restaurants.
The room was poorly insulated and the noise level from the street was unbearable. the breakfast options were limited and not suitable for a vegan diet.

The hotel is very run down with electrical and plumbing problems, old mattresses etc. The breakfast was very poor in quality and variety.

The very frendly and helpful staff, easy walking distance to the center of the city and the metro.
Twice when we asked for a wake-up call at a quarter past the hour the call came 30 miniutes late.

The hotel is in a great location, situated next to the beautiful Santa Lucia hill and just a short walk from the metro. The convenience of being able to explore the Barrio Lastarria district and nearby Bella Artes cafes made our stay very enjoyable.
Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

All the people working in the hotel was nice. I could use my own computer because they shared me the security code.
The TV was bad. It showed only green and blue.

This hotel is a hidden gem! its value for money is outstanding, with affordable prices for a centrally located hotel. Secondly, the staff attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Lastly, the location is perfect, right outside of a tunnel which makes it easily accessible by underground.
No major complaints, all was top-notch.

The staff, the location.
In the description of the hotel was written that it have sauna and swimming pool, but it does not. So I had my spectative frustrated.

The Windsor Suite Santiago offers great value for money, with affordable prices and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or requests. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood near a beautiful park. The breakfast provided is satisfying and a good way to start the day.

The hotel is well located, close to the metro and many sights. it is situated in a sketchy alley where bugs are a concern. the room is poorly maintained and outdated with stained sheets and broken furniture. the bathroom is a nightmare with insufficient water pressure and temperature control. the breakfast is basic and not good enough. the service is terrible and the staff is unprofessional. not worth the money, find another option.
